As a Project Lead Coordinator, you will serve as the internal lead for small internal and external professional services engagements. In this key role, you will manage communications and expectations with the customer and help set, manage and achieve budget goals for all projects you lead.
The essential functions of this position include:
- Run small professional services projects from initial Statement of Work (SOW) to completion
- Plan and schedule project deliverables, goals, and milestones
- Coordinate project engineering team resources
- Efficiently identify and solve project issues
- Keep management informed of any issues related to projects
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of each project and scope
- Review deliverables prepared by team prior to passing them to the client
- Manage project budgets
- Track and report team hours and expenses on a weekly basis
Requirements
~1 min read- 4-year college degree preferred
- 2-5 years of experience in an operations and/or project management role in an IT environment
- Minimum 2 years of experience coordinating and/supporting IT business processes
- Strong organizational, communication and customer service skills
- Professional, business demeanor
- Desire to achieve PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification
The initial base salary range for this position is expected to be between $21.62 and $31.25 hourly. The final base salary offered will be determined by multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, depth of experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, our compensation package may include other components such as commissions and discretionary bonuses.
ePlus offers a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility, employee stock purchase program and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and personal leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an offer of employment is extended.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
