About the role
We are looking for a Senior Associate, Graphic Designer to join us in Bengaluru. The role has a strong focus on presentation design, including board materials, internal presentations and stakeholder-facing decks, where you will need to interpret loose or partially formed content, identify the story, and turn information into clear, polished and ready-to-use materials.

You will work across our product suite and business lines to support global marketing, corporate communications, product messaging and campaign activity. This is a hands-on design role that requires strong editorial judgement, business context, precise technical execution and the ability to use design to clarify key messages, data points and decisions.

What you’ll do

  • Create brand-consistent digital and print assets that support our corporate identity, product messaging and global marketing activity.
  • Design and refine PowerPoint presentations for senior stakeholders, board meetings, internal communications, client-facing materials and business updates.
  • Interpret loose briefs, incomplete materials and stakeholder input to develop clear, story-led visual content that communicates the right message.
  • Use layout, hierarchy, typography, data emphasis and pacing to make complex information easier to understand.
  • Develop digital deliverables including website graphics, email layouts, display ads, social media assets, video graphics and presentation materials.
  • Design editorial and long-form materials including whitepapers, briefs, brochures and event collateral using tools such as Adobe InDesign.
  • Prepare files for professional print and digital production, including colour management, CMYK/RGB workflows, bleed and trim, prepress standards and export settings.
  • Contribute creative concepts and visual direction during campaign planning, presentation development and stakeholder discussions.
  • Maintain disciplined file organisation, version control and asset management to support an accurate and structured design repository.
  • Execute image retouching, compositing, video editing and asset optimisation for broader campaign needs.
  • Ensure all work follows brand guidelines and supports consistent visual representation across global markets.
  • Partner with colleagues across Marketing, Sales, Product, Communications and external partners to clarify requirements and deliver effective design outcomes.
  • Manage multiple projects at the same time, balancing quality, accuracy and deadlines.

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years commercial experience in graphic design within marketing, corporate communications or a similar professional environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including expert-level capability in InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Strong PowerPoint design skills, including the ability to create polished executive presentations, reusable templates, board materials and clear visual narratives.
  • Proven ability to interpret business content, identify the key message and translate partially complete input into effective, ready-to-use materials.
  • Strong editorial design capability, including long-form layouts, whitepapers, reports, brochures and print-ready collateral.
  • A solid understanding of when to use layout, raster or vector software for different deliverables.
  • Strong capability in visual hierarchy, typography, composition, colour theory, brand systems and information design.
  • Experience preparing files for print and digital production, including colour management, bleed and trim, prepress standards and export workflows.
  • Working proficiency with Adobe Express, Adobe Rush and Adobe Stock workflows.
  • Strong communication skills, with the confidence to work with global stakeholders, ask the right questions and clarify design objectives
  • Good judgement when working with business information, including the ability to highlight key data points and shape materials for the intended audience.
  • The ability to manage deadlines, prioritise workloads and deliver high-quality work independently.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates B2B, corporate or professional services design work, with strong examples of presentation design, typography, layout and story-led content development.
  • degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related discipline
