- Strong knowledge of project planning, milestone management, governance, risk management, issue management and dependency management.
- Experience working across cross-functional teams including technology, operations, product, business and client-facing groups.
- Confidence managing external client stakeholders, including providing project updates, managing expectations and addressing delivery concerns.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, with the ability to produce clear project trackers, reports, dashboards and presentation materials.
- Working knowledge of project reporting, dashboarding or data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar platforms would be beneficial.

- Ability to identify delivery risks and dependencies early, assess impact and drive practical mitigation plans.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain project status, risks and decisions to technical, non-technical, client and leadership audiences.
- Strong organisational judgement, with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and stakeholder groups in parallel.
- Familiarity with investment banking, securities lending, capital markets or financial technology is preferred.
