Equivity is seeking a skilled virtual Florida paralegal with recent law firm experience and proficiency in at least two practice areas, such as litigation, estate planning, immigration, bankruptcy, corporate law, or family law.
In this role, you’ll work as part of a dedicated, long-term team of legal professionals, partnering directly with attorneys while remaining fully supported by Equivity’s internal operations and leadership. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with strong knowledge of law who can manage multiple cases, anticipate attorney needs, and thrive in a remote environment.

Minimum of 3 years of recent paralegal experience in Florida, including drafting, filing, discovery, and trial or hearing preparation.
Bachelors Degree Required
Minimum availability of 20 hours/week to start
Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases
Strong attention to detail and communication skill
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe
Experience with legal software (Clio or similar is a plus)
Windows-based computer preferred
Availability and responsiveness within 1 hour during standard business hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
