Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday 9:30am-6pm. Working onsite at Eating Recovery Center's adult PHP facility in Chicago, IL.

Ensure patients in our apartments are provided with a clean, safe, and well-maintained facility by providing on-site apartment/facilities management and administrative services.

• →Coordinate move-ins and move-outs of patients from ERC Pathlight apartments
• →Meet with patients at apartments to conduct orientation tours and explain and clarify apartment rules and procedures
• →Meet with the clinical treatment team weekly and report any issues affecting patients and their treatment
• →Maintain accurate apartment records and daily census
• →Inspect vacant apartments upon move-out to ensure the apartment is ready for move-in
• →Inform the clinical treatment team when patients are in situations which cannot be reasonably resolved and affecting treatment
• →Conduct weekly apartment inspections; complete and submit work orders to correct any deficiency
• →Track and order patient linen and other supplies
• →Other duties as assigned

• High School or GED (required)
• Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with patients and family members (required)
• Ability to cope with and support patients with a tactful, compassionate personality (required)
• Knowledge of and ability to create and edit documents in Microsoft Word, create/edit PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets (required)
• Knowledge of local area and ability to provide directions to patients (required)
