KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing, communications, and advertising strategies aligned with the resort’s business goals and corporate brand direction.
  • Collaborate closely with the Corporate Office to ensure seamless implementation across all channels and properties.
  • Lead domestic and international PR efforts, build strong media relationships, and coordinate press trips, events, and interviews to generate high-quality exposure.
  • Oversee the creation and approval of press releases, media kits, and news features, ensuring all communications reflect brand tone and values.
  • Oversee the resort’s digital marketing initiatives, including website content management, online campaigns, search engine marketing, and social media presence.
  • Oversee and grow the development of Eri social media presence.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow followers, increase engagement, and drive direct bookings through brand.com and other online platforms.
  • Ensure all marketing and promotional materials maintain consistent brand identity.
  • Plan and manage advertising campaigns across print, digital, and electronic media.
  • Collaborate with external agencies for creative design, media buying, and production to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and guest feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Conduct regular performance analysis of marketing initiatives and digital platforms, providing insights and recommendations for strategic adjustments.
  • Prepare, manage, and monitor the marketing and communications budget to ensure cost-effective allocation of resources.
  • Evaluate vendor and agency performance to maintain quality and efficiency.
  • Conceptualize and execute events and promotional activities that enhance brand awareness and drive media attention.
  • Coordinate resort-hosted experiences that align with brand positioning and generate positive publicity.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to the marketing and PR team.
  • Ensure effective internal communication, collaboration with sales, operations, and F&B teams, and alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Prepare regular reports on media coverage, social media performance, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Present results and insights to senior management with recommendations for continuous improvement.
