AI-Assisted Software Development Intern

## Join our Team About this opportunity: We are looking for a highly motivated intern to join our Radio Software department in Beijing. In this role, you will support the team by using AI code buddy tools to develop, debug and deploy Kanban-related applications and AI-driven features that help improve our software development workflow and productivity. You will work closely with radio software engineers, gaining hands-on experience in applying AI-assisted software development in a real industry environment. What you will do: * Use AI code buddy tools to implement, debug, and refactor software features for the department’s Kanban and workflow management applications. * Assist in designing and developing AI-based applications to support Radio SW development and operational needs. * Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, and implementation discussions with the Radio SW team. * Help with integration, testing, and deployment of new features into existing tools and systems. * Document technical solutions, API usage, and development best practices. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute ideas to improve development efficiency and team workflows. The skills you bring: * Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program at a university in Beijing . * Major in Telecommunications, Communication Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a closely related field. * Programming skills and experience in at least one of Python, C or C++. * Familiarity with software development concepts such as version control (e.g., Git), debugging, and testing. * Able to work at least 3 full days per week.
