In this role, you will be entrusted with the critical tasks of service and resource coordination, project management, and overall execution. Representing Ericsson's core values, this role offers you the responsibility to impact our capacity management, performance management and play a part in post-incident analysis as part of our Problem Management process. What you will do: \- Implement long and medium-term planning and design as part of the Infrastructure and Product Lifecycle Management. \- Execute short-term planning, service, and resource engineering assignments. \- Conduct post-incident analysis within the Problem Management process. \- Supervise Network (and Service) performance management and capacity management. \- Offer support during incident restoration. \- Initiate Infrastructure Optimization and evaluate Capacity and Performance Impact Analysis.
