## Join our Team We are looking for experienced RF engineers to join our RF Power Amplifier Design team. As an RF Power Amplifier Designer, you will be involved in the design, simulation, testing, and optimization of RF power amplifiers, contributing to performance improvements of our products in the wireless communication field. #### What You Will Do * Design and simulate RF power amplifier circuits * Tune and optimize power amplifier performance to meet system requirements * Participate in PCB layout design and circuit debugging * Prepare technical documentation, test reports, and design summaries * Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive project progress #### The Skills You Bring * Master’s degree or above in Microwave Engineering, Electromagnetic Field and Wireless Technology, Electronic Information Engineering, or related fields * Over 8 years of experience in commercial base station RF power amplifier design * Proficient in common RF design tools (such as ADS, HFSS, MATLAB, etc.) * Strong hands-on skills and laboratory experience * Good learning ability, problem-solving skills, and teamwork skills #### Preferred Qualifications * Relevant industry or project experience in RF design * Familiarity with GaN and LDMOS technologies * Strong knowledge of commercial PA architectures, including wideband, high-power, and high-efficiency PA architectures and design methodologies Why join Ericsson?
