## Join our Team About this opportunity: The role shall be responsible for supporting Cloud solution implementation from SRF perspective. This essentially includes understanding the solution (HLD, LLD), validation, configuration, Integration, Acceptance Testing, customer coordination, documentation, and training etc. Candidate should have a deeper understanding of cloud, virtualization, and related Infrastructure technologies. You will • Work within well-defined system support guidelines. • Ensure to prioritize Change Requests to meet SLA/WLA. • Handle emergencies and if required coordinate with Emergency support. • Handle and execute the Change Request in stipulated time frame. • Execute system configuration changes as per given access rights. • Analyses the solution from an end-to-end perspective, provide extensive support for HLD and LLD. • Support of OpenStack solutions with multiple vendors and solutions like storage (SAN, NAS) and networking (SDN controller). • Prepare Method of Procedure for configuration. • Prepare scripts for data collection, health check and monitoring. • Rollout of New Feature and Learning. Must Have Skills: • Proficiency in major cloud platforms such as CEE, CVIM, CBIS, RHOSP, RHOCP and deep understanding of virtualization and containerization technologies. • Must have good knowledge and deployment work experience of Telco Cloud (NFVI/MANO/Horizontal-Cloud/Vertical-Cloud). • Redhat OpenStack (RHOSP) and OpenShift Container (RHOCP) Certified with Planning, Deployment, Troubleshooting hands-on experience of RHOSP (Red Hat OpenStack Platform) and RHOCP (Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform). • Hands-on experience of Virtualization Technologies on KVM, VMware, Cisco, HP, Red Hat or IBM (at least one vendor). • Hands-on knowledge of Storage solutions SAN/NAS. • Experience with diverse hardware platforms (Huawei, HP, Cisco, Dell, etc.). • Strong Knowledge of Operating System – RHEL, SUSE, CentOS etc. • Strong scripting and automation experience on Python, PowerShell etc. programming languages. • Good working knowledge of Relational Databases (MySQL, Oracle) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra). • Good knowledge and experience on virtual networking, virtual switches (openvSwitch) and SDN- North bound (REST http API), south bound interfaces (OpenFlow), SR-IOV and DPDK. • Good understanding of network devices i.e. Load Balancer, Firewall, switches, routers etc. • Required Good Knowledge of VolTE/IMS, 4G and 5G Core Architecture and functionality of VNF/CNF Applications along with call flows. • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams. Key Qualification: • Education: B.E/B.Tech in Computer Engineering/Information Technology or equivalent • Experience: 8-15 years.
