What Sets you apart: • Radio competence (e.g., radio products, RAN concepts, RF fundamentals, or telecom domain knowledge). • Linux and software close to hardware experience. • AI fluency—comfortable using (and where helpful, tailoring) modern AI tools to accelerate day-to-day ways of working. • Demonstrated ability to technically lead and drive SPs (solution packages) end to end. • Leadership skills aligned with Ericsson’s core values.
