We are looking for a talented PaT Business Performance Intern who wants to be part of a team to grow our North American Business. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our high-performing and fast-paced team and be part of shaping the future of Ericsson and the telecoms industry. In this role, you will get exposure to a wide range of stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, Commercial, Operations, and transformation teams. What you will do: Solution Development * Design and develop automation, AI solutions, and integrations using Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Python, and Azure. * Create custom connectors and leverage Microsoft Dataverse or alternative data services for efficient workflows. * Implement AI agents, chatbots, and conversational interfaces for enhancing business processes. Process & Data Analysis * Analyze business needs, identify automation opportunities, and transform them into functional solutions. * Integrate data from multiple sources to build intelligent and scalable automation frameworks. Continuous Improvement * Collaborate with business stakeholders to drive automation roadmaps and prioritize backlog items. * Ensure best practices in coding, security, and performance optimization are followed. The skills you bring: * Actively enrolled in an accredited Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business or a related field * Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI integrations) and Copilot Studio. * Proficiency in Python or related scripting languages for automation and AI modeling. * Familiarity with APIs, connectors, RPA/automation tools, and data services. * Knowledge of conversational AI, LLM integrations, and automation frameworks. * Ability to analyze complex workflows and implement scalable, automated solutions. * Must have at least a 2.7+ GPA on a 4.0 scale or equivalent * Actively enrolled on a full-time basis at an accredited 4-year college or university at the time of the internship * Grit! You might also have: * Ability to work as an individual contributor with strong technical skills to deliver coded solutions. * In-depth technical knowledge and practical understanding in automation, solution building, and AI. * Ability to collaborate across teams but operate autonomously on given projects or initiatives.
