Service Architect

## Join our Team About this opportunity: We are seeking a talented and driven professional for a Service Architect role at Ericsson. This critical position mandates a multi-skilled individual who can effectively design and develop end-to-end solutions that meet our customers' specifications and business needs. As a Service Architect, you will engage directly with our clients, while assuming a leadership role in coordinating with Ericsson's Service Delivery Unit (SDU). Your primary aim will be to ensure high performance and effective management throughout the lifecycle of our services. What you will do: \- Analyze and construct overall E2E technical architecture of the service, gaining an in-depth comprehension of underlying applications, infrastructure and data analytics. \- Manage the technical aspects of a new service including the design, configuration, and catalogue management. \- Oversee the service throughout its lifecycle, focusing on roadmap, change, demand and capacity management, deployment and termination. \- Coordinate network and IS/IT infrastructure Long Cycle Management (LCM) and strategize plans based on demand growth and introduction of new technologies. \- Engage with customers on strategic decisions and handle documentation to increase customer insight and support strategic decisions. \- Undertake end-to-end operational management functions involving planning, design, engineering and optimization activities. \- Assess capacity, availability, security and manage business continuity based on customer and contractual requirements.
