In this pivotal role, you are tasked with coordinating, managing, and executing a range of 1st level proactive and reactive maintenance activities. What you will do: \- Participate in 1st Level Service Monitoring and Event Management. \- Handle Service and Resource Alarm efficiently. \- Monitor the performance of Resources and Services. \- Conduct Security Event Monitoring. \- Identify and document incidents. \- Support in the investigations related to capacity and performance. \- Track, manage and report on incident resolution. \- Escalate identified security incidents. \- Initiate Problem Management processes. \- Support preventive maintenance execution for Field Operations.
