## Join our Team About this opportunity: We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect to drive software architecture, technology standardization, and engineering excellence across Service Delivery. As a member of the Architecture & Technology Board, you will establish scalable, secure, and reusable architecture patterns, guide engineering teams, and ensure technology decisions align with enterprise standards and business objectives. What you will do: * Define architecture standards, design patterns, and engineering best practices. * Design scalable, resilient, secure, and cloud-native solutions. * Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles and non-functional requirements such as performance, scalability, reliability, and security. * Evaluate and recommend technology stacks, frameworks, and tools. * Drive technology standardization, reuse, and consistency across platforms and applications. * Promote reusable architectural components and roadmap-driven solution design. * Guide engineering teams on solution design, coding standards, and architecture practices. * Support the development of microservices, API-driven, and cloud-native applications. * Drive adoption of DevSecOps, CI/CD, automated testing, code reviews, static code analysis, and modern software engineering practices. * Participate in architecture reviews and solution approval processes. * Identify technical risks, design gaps, and mitigation strategies. * Ensure compliance with enterprise standards, governance requirements, and quality expectations. * Collaborate closely with Enterprise Architects, AI Architects, and engineering teams. * Leverage existing platforms, frameworks, and shared services to maximize reuse. * Evaluate emerging technologies, support proof-of-concepts, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The skills you bring: * Experience with event-driven architectures using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar streaming platforms. * Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD), service mesh, API gateways, caching strategies, circuit breakers, and rate-limiting. * Experience with SonarQube, automated quality pipelines, and engineering governance practices. * Exposure to AI/ML-enabled applications and enterprise integration platforms. * Telecom domain experience. * Relevant certifications such as AWS or Azure Solutions Architect, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or TOGAF.
