POSITION SUMMARY
 
The Revenue Analyst will serve as a key member of the Revenue Management team and focuses on the development and execution of data-driven revenue optimization strategies. This role requires analysis of large and complex datasets to identify performance trends, produce actionable insights, and deliver strategic recommendations that support optimizing NOI. The analyst will partner with cross-functional departments to uncover revenue growth opportunities, monitor and refine key performance indicators (KPIs), and play a critical role in the company’s overall financial performance and operational success.
  • Support the VP, Revenue by analyzing data related to pricing, sales mix, segmentation, and capacity to identify trends and performance drivers
  • Support the responsible use of AI by documenting use cases, validating outputs, and assisting with basic model performance monitoring and data quality checks
  • Utilize analytics tools, automation, and AI-enabled platforms to improve reporting efficiency and analytical workflows, under guidance from senior team members
  • Assist with daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting processes, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
  • Support market research and competitor analysis efforts by collecting data, developing benchmarks, and summarizing insights related to revenue performance
  • Conduct routine and ad hoc data analyses to uncover patterns, trends, and correlations, and assist in translating findings into clear insights for internal stakeholders
  • Build, maintain, and update dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and support business decision-making
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other internal teams to provide data-driven insights that support commercial initiatives, campaigns, and pricing decisions
  • Assist in forecasting and trend analysis by using historical data to help evaluate business performance and support planning activities
  • Work with the Ticketing team to help ensure systems and tools (including Ventrata) are set up correctly for reporting, pricing analysis, and capacity tracking
  • Participate in testing, learning, and adoption of new analytics tools and technologies to enhance data capabilities and operational efficiency
  • You are goal-oriented to achieve key performance metrics
  • AI is embedded in your daily workflow as a trusted “coworker”
  • Effective adoption, optimization, and governance of AI and analytics tools that improve speed, accuracy, and scalability of revenue insights
  • Develop SOP’s and reports to streamline processes and to manage day-to-day operations that are scalable with the use of AI
  • Successful execution of new revenue initiatives, business revenue streams, and software
  • Solid understanding of commercial operations, market dynamics, and sales strategies. Ability to align data insights with business objectives
  • Demonstrate outperformance against the market and competitors
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving market landscape, adjusting strategies to meet changing business conditions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of translating data into actionable business strategies
  • Comfort using AI tools as part of daily analytical workflows
  • Data analytics tools experience is preferred (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI). At a minimum, expert proficiency in Excel is required
  • Proven ability to drive results, meet deadlines, and exceed targets in a fast-paced and competitive environment
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality
  • Excellent multi-tasking, organizational, and time management skills
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics
  • Two to three years of experience in a related position
  • Must have experience with creating reports and models
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
