The Ethos Quality Control and Operations Team plays a key role in supporting our engineering teams across all sectors. The team is responsible for maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, document management, and operational efficiency throughout the business.
As Ethos continues to grow, we are looking for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and develop their careers within a professional engineering environment. This role offers the opportunity to gain experience across quality systems, document control, project administration, and business operations while working alongside experienced professionals.

About the Role

Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
Recent graduates, interns, and candidates with administrative experience are encouraged to apply.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent IT and computer literacy skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Motivated, adaptable, and reliable.
Fluency in English.
Role Requirements
Assist with maintaining document registers and trackers.
No previous document control experience required. Full training will be provided.
Review documentation for formatting, consistency, completeness, and accuracy.
Support quality management and compliance activities.
Collate reports and supporting documentation.
Assist with general administrative tasks across the wider team.
Provide support to the Document Control team.
Key Knowledge
Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience with administrative tasks.
Experience gained through internships, work placements, or office administration roles would be beneficial but is not essential.
