Senior Strategy Consultant

We are looking for a Senior Strategy Consultant to join our team in Copenhagen!

In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership to support the CEO agenda and drive high-impact strategic initiatives across our global organisation.

About the job:

This role sits at the heart of the CEO’s Office, working closely with executive management on some of the company’s most important priorities. You will help shape and execute our EM2030 agenda, while supporting key priorities across the business and helping build the structures and governance needed for our next phase of growth.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys combining structured problem-solving with hands-on execution, and who wants to move from advisory into a role with direct ownership and real business impact.

Typical projects include building business cases for new products or verticals, supporting commercial initiatives with account management teams, and improving how performance is tracked and managed across the group. You will also contribute to the evaluation of acquisition opportunities where relevant.

In practice, this will involve designing and implementing performance management frameworks (e.g. OKRs), coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and supporting organisational improvements - for example helping roll out new reporting structures, improving how performance is tracked across business units, or setting up new initiatives together with P&L owners. You will also play a key role in project management office activities, ensuring clear planning, governance, and consistent progress tracking across key initiatives.

What You'll get to do:

• Act as a strategic partner to executive leadership, supporting the CEO agenda and key decision-making processes

• Drive projects end-to-end, from problem structuring and analysis to recommendation and execution

• Support the execution of the EM2030 strategy, including KPI definition, tracking, and governance

• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to improve performance, efficiency, and organisational effectiveness

• Design and implement scalable processes, reporting frameworks, and best practices across the business

• Prepare clear, high-quality materials for senior leadership, translating complex topics into recommendations and decision points

What we’re looking for:

You are an analytically strong, structured, and execution-oriented problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment. You are comfortable working with senior stakeholders, able to move from insight to action, and motivated by the opportunity to help shape and drive strategic initiatives with real impact.

• Master’s in Economics, Finance, Politics or related fields.

• 3-5 years’ experience in a top-tier management consulting firm or a similar high-performance environment

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including financial modelling, business case development, and executive-level presentations.

• Experience working with data visualisation and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI) is an advantage.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into concrete actions

• Excellent interpersonal skills with experience navigating senior leadership and cross-cultural teams

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to synthesize complex topics into clear messages

• High level of ownership, curiosity, and drive to deliver impact

• Industry experience in gaming is a plus

• Willingness to travel for events, meetings, and market research activities.

• Experience using AI-powered tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar) to support analysis, problem-solving and research is considered a strong advantage.
