Proven success driving transformational change management at an enterprise organization, involving multiple stakeholders
Track record of consistently delivering exceptional client experiences in a fast paced, high growth environment.
Previous experience of directly working in insurance / healthcare or having served the industries extensively as a consultant, advisor or vendor.
An analytical mindset with experience using data-driven insights to inform decision-making processes across multiple client stakeholder segments
Able to navigate cross-functional initiatives across agile and high performing product and engineering teams
An empathetic and humble approach to working collaboratively across multiple functions within an organization
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Learning & development / training background is a plus

✓Compensation: The base salary range is $170-190K, with flexibility depending on a candidate’s background and experience. An annual bonus plan and company equity plan (RSUs) are also included in our compensation package.
