About the Role
~1 min readAs a Recruiting Coordinator at Exa, you will work with candidates in our recruiting pipeline, ensuring they have a smooth experience. You’ll represent Exa externally, and be the main touchpoint for our talent pool.

Own the recruiting cycle, from outbound strategy to interview process to close

Represent Exa and convince top talent to join our team

Move candidates along the pipeline, answer questions, and work with our recruiting team on sourcing strategy

Handle our hyperscale needs. We routinely grow our team by ~1.5x each quarter.
1+ years of experience as a recruiting coordinator
Strong communication skills—you can tell a great story and sell a vision
“People Person” — the strong ability to read people
Comfort in a fast-moving, high-growth startup environment
