Assembly Technician – Medical Devices

• →Assemble precision medical device components and subassemblies using tools, equipment, and approved procedures
• →Follow blueprints, work instructions, and torque specifications to ensure product quality
• →Perform assembly tasks such as gluing, painting, and component bonding
• →Conduct in-process quality checks to maintain compliance and performance standards
• →Troubleshoot assembly processes and workflow issues as needed
• →Maintain accurate documentation and production records within ERP systems
• →Support workflow efficiency, inventory tracking, and preventative maintenance efforts
• →Keep a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• →Meet production, quality, and efficiency targets
• →Cross-train and support additional operations as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–3 years of mechanical assembly experience preferred
• Experience in ISO or FDA-regulated environments is a plus
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team

• Temperature-controlled manufacturing setting
• Exposure to machinery, hand tools, and chemicals
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods (up to 12 hours)
• Lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Perform repetitive movements, bending, and twisting
