We’re looking for a Quality Inspector to join our medical device manufacturing team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, precision, and compliance. Responsibilities
~1 min readAs a Quality Inspector, you will inspect in‑house and supplier‑purchased products using high‑precision measurement tools while working closely with Operations, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams.

~1 min read- →Support manufacturing operations to achieve optimal product quality
- →Inspect semi‑finished and finished goods for conformance to specifications, drawings, and inspection requirements
- →Perform AQL inspections and 100% inspections as required
- →Operate and navigate high‑precision inspection equipment such as CMMs, Keyence, and Vision Systems
- →Document inspection results accurately and thoroughly
- →Create Non‑Conformances (NCs) when parts do not meet specifications
- →Read measurement reports and provide clear feedback to engineers, machinists, and team members
- →Participate in Gage Repeatability & Reproducibility (Gage R&R) activities
- →Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with internal safety policies and OSHA requirements
*This role may include additional responsibilities to support business needs.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- 1 year of related inspection or manufacturing experience (preferred)
- Basic computer skills (standard operating procedures, OneDrive, SharePoint)
- Basic math skills and ability to read prints
- Fundamental understanding of GD&T
- Ability to perform basic inspection techniques
- Familiarity with manufacturing systems such as SAP, Propel, or similar systems
- Ability to locate priority orders and track status within ERP systems
- Team‑oriented mindset and ability to collaborate across departments
- Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and adapt
- Strong attention to detail and quality mindset
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Mechanical aptitude and critical‑thinking ability
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and flexibility with schedules as needed
- Commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement
