The position performs inspections of outsourced and internal finished and semi-finished medical devices, components and raw materials to ensure that product comply with product quality plans, specifications and requirements.

Responsibilities

→Ensure compliance to federal and state laws, as well as company standards and specifications
→Perform visual, functional and dimensional inspections across all stages of production
→Communicate quality or compliance concerns with urgency
→Corrects or escalates quality or compliance concerns.
→Follows all Tyber Medical, LLC Standard Operating Procedures.
→Responsible for preventative maintenance activities
→Other Duties as assigned

Requirements

Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
