• →Conduct critical job searches for various teams across locations, owning the process from kick-off to close
• →Understand and apply data effectively in your searches, positively impacting the Talent Acquisition team's overall metrics
• →Develop strategic hiring manager partnerships and empower informed decision-making
• →Build and execute targeted diversity sourcing strategies in adherence with our internal standards

• Full-cycle recruitment experience, including demonstrated success in running Director-level searches 
• Demonstrated understanding of structured hiring and the role of DE&I in it 
• Motivation to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing environment
• Effective time management and prioritization skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills that resonate with our brand voice
