Summary: This role is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the payroll process within the organization. The Manager drives process execution to ensure effective and efficient service delivery through timely and accurate processing of employee compensation in accordance with company policies and controls, good accounting standards, and in compliance with government regulations. This position is responsible for the management and daily workflow of the payroll department and ensures accurate financial reporting/ analysis necessary to support the Company and protect its financial interest.
