Maintain high academic and service standards. Supervise teaching quality and curriculum delivery. Support teacher training, performance, and development. Lead parent communication, enrollments, and retention. Manage basic administration, reporting, and inventory. Requirements Experience managing an education or learning centre. Strong leadership and people-management skills. Background in early years education, phonics, or literacy preferred. Commercial awareness and strong customer-service mindset.
