The Early Years Homeroom (Nursery Section) will deliver an engaging, play-based, inquiry-driven Early Years programme within a bilingual immersion setting. The role focuses on nurturing social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in a safe and stimulating classroom environment. Starting ASAP! Key Responsibilities Deliver developmentally appropriate, child-centred instruction Foster early literacy and numeracy within a bilingual framework Create a safe, warm, and inclusive classroom culture Monitor and assess student progress using formative and observational strategies Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and specialist staff Maintain proactive communication with parents Contribute to the school’s extracurricular programme (Arts, Sport, Leadership) Engage in continuous professional growth Uphold high standards of safeguarding and student welfare Promote a culture of respect, inclusion, and academic integrity Requirements Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or equivalent teaching degree Valid teaching license/certification from a recognised authority (e.g., OCT, QTS, State License) Minimum 3 years of full-time teaching experience Fluency in English (professional proficiency) Core Competencies Strong emotional and cultural intelligence Professionalism and commitment to excellence Agility and resilience in an international setting Collaborative mindset and adaptability Commitment to student-centred, inquiry-based learning Benefits Commitment to student-centred, inquiry-based learning Monthly salary is negotiable, based on qualifications and experience Performance-related bonuses and end-of-contract gratuity Monthly housing allowance Annual return airfare Comprehensive international medical insurance Fully paid summer, winter, and public holidays Professional development programme Relocation allowance and visa support Tuition for dependent children
