→10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Life Insurance domain.
→Strong experience with Life Insurance Protection / Term Insurance / Shield products.
→Good understanding of the end-to-end Life Insurance policy lifecycle.
→Strong knowledge of life insurance product features, business rules, underwriting, premium processing, policy servicing, and claims.
→Experience in gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing business requirements.
→Hands-on experience preparing BRD/FRD, user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
→Experience working with business stakeholders and technology/development teams.
→Experience in SIT/UAT and defect management.
→Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
→Experience working on new product development or product enhancements.
→Knowledge of Life Insurance product configuration/rating engines.
→Exposure to policy administration systems (PAS).
→Experience with insurance platforms such as eBAO, Life/Policy Administration platforms, or equivalent.
→Understanding of Actuarial/product pricing concepts.
→Exposure to regulatory/compliance-driven changes in the insurance industry.
→Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
→Knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and SQL.
