Responsibilities

7-10 years relevant (ICE / Alternate fuel), Bifuel (Gasoline + CNG).

Prioritize design and development activities per schedule.

Conduct risk and safety assessments for bifuel systems.

Verify critical characteristics (RSH) per global CNG regulations.

Validate part designs (2D, 3D, simulations) and assess impact on PWT/vehicle layout.

Ensure technical convergence across stakeholders.

Review tolerance stack-up studies before TGA approval.

Approve architecture RCC rules and manage vehicle stakeholder alignment.

Support QCT reduction for ASM and

Collaborate with plant teams on DFM/DFA and support PFE convergence.

Manage design documents and bifuel CNG design reviews.

Ensure digital mock-up (packaging) aligns with BOM.

Validate and archive design documents (SDRM, TOP-RO checklists).

Requirements

BE in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering with knowledge of automobile parts
