• →Lead and manage automotive ECU integration and testing activities, ensuring project deliverables meet quality, timeline, and customer expectations.
• →Investigate, analyze, and resolve customer-reported software issues through structured problem-solving and root-cause analysis.
• →Coordinate with customers, testers, and other stakeholders for technical clarifications, issue resolution, and project-related discussions.
• →Act as a key technical interface with the customer and provide clear, timely, and professional communication on project status, risks, issues, and action plans.
• →Plan, prioritize, and allocate tasks based on project priorities, resource availability, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
• →Identify project risks, define mitigation plans, and proactively manage technical and delivery-related risks.
• →Lead and mentor the project team, providing technical guidance, task ownership, performance support, and knowledge sharing.
• →Contribute to process improvements, technical best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives within the project.

B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Telecommunication, Electrical Engineering, Embedded Systems, or a related discipline.

• Strong understanding of the Automotive domain, ECU architecture, and vehicle electronic systems.
• Good understanding of ECU integration, including interaction between ECUs, sensors, actuators, and vehicle software.
• Good understanding of V-Model software development and validation lifecycle.
• Hands-on understanding of ECU testing, software integration, and validation activities.
• Good knowledge of HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) testing and test environments.
• Good understanding of CAN signals, frames, messages, and communication concepts.
• Understanding of logical gates, signal processing, dependencies, and system-level logic.
• Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to root-cause analysis.
• Strong customer handling and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong task prioritization, planning, coordination, and risk-management capabilities.
• Ability to lead a team, delegate tasks, track progress, and drive timely closure of deliverables.
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional and global teams
