CRM Administrator Level I

• →Education: Associate's Degree or specialized CRM certification (Salesforce Administrator) required. Preferred areas of study include business, technology, computer science, project management, or mathematics. Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• →Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience with configuring and administering CRM systems required (Salesforce preferred). Exposure to higher education processes or managed packages like TargetX is highly valued.
• →Preferred: TargetX EndUser Certification, Form Assembly certification, or Trailhead badges.

• Customer Service & Attention to Detail: Exceptional customer service skills with a patient, analytical approach to troubleshooting end-user technical frustrations.
• Foundational Technical Skills: Familiarity with Salesforce core structure (objects, fields, security), basic Flow logic, and introductory knowledge of web languages (HTML, CSS, Visualforce pages).
• Adaptability & Independence: Ability to work independently with limited supervision, manage multiple tasks through frequent interruptions, and read reference manuals to propose creative solutions.
• Teamwork: A creative, approachable, and collaborative work style that meets campus partners where they are and values coalition building.

• Sedentary work. Sedentary work involves lifting no more than 10 pounds at a time and occasionally lifting or carrying articles like docket files, ledgers, and small tools. Although a sedentary job is defined as one which involves sitting, a certain amount of walking and standing is often necessary in carrying out job duties. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required occasionally and other sedentary criteria are met.
