As a Concept Artist, you will collaborate directly with Eyeline's Creative Director, VFX Supervisors, and Art Directors to visualize key design elements that will lay the foundation for our VFX work. You should be highly motivated, comfortable collaborating across multiple projects at the same time, and confident in their ability to create imaginative designs that inspire our clients and inform our teams.

Create high-end character, environment, FX progression and/or vehicle concept art that creatively and technically inform VFX execution

Create quick sketches to help brainstorm design elements before continuing onward into fully polished concept work

Strong understanding of photographic principles and aesthetics to support highly detailed photoreal output if required by the brief

Ability to clearly and concisely explain and comprehend creative concepts with supervisors, art directors and clients

Incorporate gathered reference and tangential design elements to help inform, inspire, and give context to your work

Paint-over existing models and look-dev to help inform detailing and structure

Create key art imagery that establishes or conveys a visual direction

Collaborate with show teams to help define effective solutions to key creative challenges

Proven production based experience as a Concept Artist or other closely related experience inside the creative digital industry (film, games, VFX etc.)

Diverse portfolio showcasing your range of skills

Expert knowledge of traditional art techniques including drawing, painting, proportion, anatomy, composition, and perspective

Exceptional Photoshop skills (required)

Working knowledge of 3D software. Quick modeling skills for concept eg. sculpting and kit-bashing (suggested)

Experience in Digital Matte Painting & projection is a plus

Experience in compositing or Motion Graphic Design is a plus

Excellent communication, time-management, and organizational skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; strong problem solving skills

Understanding and working knowledge to leverage GenAI for concept work a plus

완전한 컨셉 작업을 만들어 내기 전에 디자인 요소들을 브레인 스토밍 할때 도움이 되는 초안 스케치를 만듭니다.

사진의 원리와 미학에 대한 깊은 이해를 바탕으로, 브리프에서 요구할 경우 매우 디테일한 포토리얼 출력물을 지원합니다.

감독, 아트 디렉터, 클라이언트와 창의적인 개념을 명확하고 간결하게 설명하고 이해할 수 있는 능력이 필요합니다.

마련된 참고 자료와 주제와 관련된 디자인 요소를 통합하여 작업에 대한 정보를 제공하고 영감 전달하며 작업을 이해 할 수 있도록 돕습니다.

기존 캐릭터와 룩 개발에 페인팅 오버를 가해 디테일과 구조에 대한 정보를 제공합니다.

시각적 방향을 설정하거나 전달해내는 주요 아트 이미지를 제작합니다.

쇼 팀과의 협력을 통해 창의적인 도전 과제에 대한 효과적인 해결점을 정의 하는데 도움을 줍니다

검증 된 프로덕션에서 컨셉 아티스트 혹은 같은 계열 직업군에서 일해본 경력

다양한 기술을 보여주는 포트폴리오

드로잉,페인팅, 비율, 해부학 구성 및 원근법 등 전통 미술 기법에 대한 전문가 수준의 지식

우수한 포토샵 능력(필수)
