→Monitor production and material status, and share updates/issues with relevant teams
→Provide trilingual translation and communication support in Chinese, English, and Korean
→Assist with operations management and document/data organization
→Support material purchasing, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse operations
→Collaborate with related departments to resolve logistics and inventory issues
→Prepare production/inventory reports and manage data entry
→Support other operational and administrative tasks as needed

Fluent in Chinese, English, and Korean (both verbal and written communication)
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong logical thinking and communication skills
Quick learner with flexibility in handling operational issues
Experience in operations management, production management, logistics, or warehouse management preferred
Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork skills
