Sr. Analyst, Global Payroll (EU/FR)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst, Global Payroll to support and execute payroll operations across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas. This role requires deep expertise in global payroll processes, with a strong emphasis on France payroll compliance. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM, ActivPay, and ADP Celergo, and thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. You’ll be the subject matter expert for France payroll, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting — while also collaborating with external vendors for other countries. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who combines hands-on France payroll expertise with a strong understanding of global payroll complexities.

• →5+ years of France payroll experience, including full ownership of end-to-end processing and statutory filings.
• →Hands-on experience running payroll via Oracle Fusion HCM (essential).
• →Global payroll experience (e.g., EMEA, APAC, Americas) and vendor coordination.
• →Strong understanding of France statutory pay schemes.
• →Advanced Excel skills for reconciliations and reporting.
• →Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to manage deadlines.
• →Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
