Responsibilities

→5+ years of LATAM payroll experience, including full ownership of end-to-end processing and statutory filings across multiple countries.

→Hands-on experience running payroll via Oracle Fusion HCM (required).

→Experience with ActivPay, ADP Celergo, or comparable payroll platforms.

→Strong understanding of LATAM payroll statutory pay schemes, taxes, and social contributions.

→Experience managing regional payroll vendors and resolving complex payroll issues.

→Advanced Excel skills for reconciliations, audits, and reporting.

→Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to manage competing deadlines.

→Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

→Professional proficiency in Spanish required.

The salary range represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training. $88,000—$100,000 USD
