Land Logistics Coordinator

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for data management, personnel check-in, and ensuring adherence to hotel quarantine guidelines. 

• →Conduct orientation and check in personnel. 

• →Transfer data into computer files or database systems with 100% accuracy. 

• →Update spreadsheets with name changes and verify data by comparing it to source documents. 

• →Work with hotels to maintain guidelines for hotel quarantine. 

• →Retrieve data from databases or electronic files as requested. 

• →Sort and organize paperwork to ensure it is not lost. 

• →Complete forms in accordance with company procedures. 

• Fast and accurate typing skills. 

• Proficient with word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.). 

• Good command of English, both oral and written, with strong customer service skills. 

• Great attention to detail. 

• High school degree or equivalent. 

• Strong people management skills. 

• Procedure-driven with the ability to execute and seek efficiencies in procedures.
