• →Process client invoices and post customer payments, sales tax exemption certificate administration, preparation of sales tax returns
• →Process vendor bills, download and code credit card transactions, new vendor setup, W9 administration, and 1099 preparation
• →In-house payroll and payroll tax processing, new hire setup, coordination with client payroll providers, and recording of payroll-related transactions
• →Prepare account reconciliations
• →Produce financial statements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
• Strong technology skills using Microsoft Office, must be particularly adept with Microsoft Excel
• Ability to multi-task and to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience working in a paperless environment
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Team player with a positive, "can do" approach
• Prior experience with QuickBooks Online
• Excited to learn about and utilize new technology
