About the Role

The Senior Organisational Development Lead manages, coordinates, reviews and provides advice on a range of organisational development programs, and initiatives to enable the effective delivery of organisation-wide cultural reform and strategic priorities.

  • Demonstrated experience leading the design, delivery and evaluation of organisational development, culture, engagement, inclusion or organisational effectiveness programs in a complex and diverse organisation.
  • Demonstrated capability in organisational diagnosis, intervention design, facilitation, stakeholder engagement and the use of qualitative and quantitative evidence to improve organisational outcomes.

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in organisational development, human resources, organisational psychology, behavioural science, business or a related discipline, and/or equivalent professional experience.
  • Willingness and ability to travel in accordance with position requirements.
