• →Maintain high standard of personal hygiene and appearance at all times
• →Ensure high level of communication between the restaurant and kitchen
• →Have a strong knowledge of the food and beverages offered
• →Deliver food and drinks to guests in an efficient and professional manner
• →Able to make coffees and teas according to company standards
• →Have a keen sense of attention to detail making sure tables are served and bussed properly
• →Ensures all allergy procedures are followed at all times
• →Promote other Firmdale Hotels and restaurants

• Experience as a Busser or Expeditor in an upscale restaurant function
• Excellent level of written and spoken English
• Highly organized
• Must be open to working AM/PM shifts, week days, weekends and holidays
• Have a full understanding of New York City Health Department standards and regulations
• Be able to take personal responsibility for punctuality
