The Minibar Attendant is responsible for accurately stocking, reporting, itemizing and cleaning the mini bars in guest rooms. The Minibar Attendant takes inventory and restocks guest room mini bars on a daily basis and processes the guests' charges for the items used.

• Accurately stock, itemize, and clean guest room minibars daily
• Take inventory, process guest charges for consumed items, and ensure accurate posting
• Ensure rotation of minibar products and maintain proper presentation standards
• Communicate effectively with management regarding issues or discrepancies
• Promote other Firmdale Hotels and restaurants, and practice upselling techniques where appropriate
• Liaise with other departments to guarantee seamless guest service
• Follow allergy and safety procedures at all times

• Deliver the highest level of customer service with professionalism and courtesy
• Display appropriate telephone etiquette and effective communication at all times
• Support other team members and assist with departmental duties as required
• Take responsibility for punctuality, organization, and maintaining a clean workspace

• Strong knowledge in food and beverage (wine and champagne knowledge is a plus)
• Must understand how to use POS programs such as Micros
• Must be open to working AM/PM shifts, week days, weekends and holidays
• Has a keen sense of attention to detail within your workspace
