• →Deliver exceptional customer service and help create a customer-focused environment
• →Learn and support all aspects of daily store operations
• →Assist with coaching, training, and developing team members
• →Support recruiting and talent development efforts
• →Open and close the store while following asset protection and cash handling procedures
• →Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and store presentation
• →Help drive store performance by supporting sales, loan, and profitability goals
• →Learn how to analyze business results and support operational decision-making
• →Monitor loan and buying transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance
• →Build product knowledge across a wide variety of merchandise categories

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Previous leadership, key-holder, supervisory, or management experience preferred 
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided)
• Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Basic math and computer skills; experience with retail point-of-sale systems is a plus
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas

Store Management Trainees can earn 2-8% commission based on individual performance and may be eligible for additional bonus opportunities based on overall store performance. Full details are provided during the interview process.
