The role partners closely with various internal teams to support fraud detection, claim handling, reporting, and process improvement while maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and internal standards.

This is a full-time, hybrid opportunity based in Hollywood, CA and reporting to the Fraud & Investigations Manager. The targeted pay for candidates in California is between $29~$35 per hour.

  • Maintain knowledge of fraud trends, regulations, and department procedures while supporting new fraud tools, process improvements, audit readiness, and rotating Saturday coverage as business needs require.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the leadership as needed.
