Commercial Field Sales Associate

Location: Eastside — Bellevue, Redmond, Issaquah, Kirkland, Bothell, Sammamish & Snoqualmie
Hours: 20–25 hours/week | Flexible weekday daytime schedule

About the Role

We are a locally owned window cleaning company focused on building long-term relationships with commercial clients throughout the Eastside.

We're looking for an outgoing, self-motivated person to help us grow our commercial customer base. This is a field-based sales role — you'll spend most of your time out in the community meeting local business owners and managers, identifying opportunities, generating quotes, and building a pipeline of recurring commercial accounts.

This is a great fit for someone who enjoys working independently, talking to people, and seeing measurable results from their efforts.

What You'll Do

Prospect local businesses in targeted areas, including retail, office and commercial properties
Introduce our services and connect with owners, managers and other decision-makers
Identify service opportunities and generate quotes, often while you're on-site
Follow up on leads and open opportunities by phone, text and email
Track sales activity, quotes and results
Build customer density within targeted areas to support efficient service routes
Coordinate with our operations team as new customers come onboard
