Office & Customer Support Assistant

FISH Window Cleaning is seeking an organized, dependable, and customer-focused Office & Customer Support Assistant to help with day-to-day office operations, customer communication, sales follow-up, and administrative support.

 

This role is primarily focused on supporting the office and management team, while also helping generate and retain business through customer follow-up and light outbound outreach.

 

Responsibilities

 

- Answer incoming calls, check voicemail, and assist customers with routine questions.

- Enter and update customer, estimate, and job information in our system.

- Follow up with customers on open estimates and help move opportunities toward scheduling.

- Contact past and recurring customers with seasonal service reminders.

- Make occasional outbound calls to prospective commercial customers and help identify appropriate contacts.

- Assist with email outreach to residential and commercial customers.

- Help maintain organized and accurate customer and job records.

- Assist with scheduling and general office communication as needed.

- Research customer, business, or facility contact information when needed.

- Occasionally assist with simple residential or commercial estimates after training.

- Support recruiting, marketing, job postings, and other office projects as needed.

- Friendly and professional with customers

- Comfortable communicating by phone and email

- Organized and detail-oriented

- Comfortable with basic sales follow-up and outbound calling

- Able to learn new computer systems

- Dependable and able to work independently

- Willing to take on a variety of office and customer-service responsibilities

 

Previous office, customer service, administrative, inside sales, or service-business experience is helpful.
