What We Offer

✓Competative pay of $29-$31/Hour + bonuses, with opportunities for advancement into a salaried roll.

✓NO SPLIT SHIFTS, MOST SATURDAYS OFF and CLOSED ON SUNDAYS!

Responsibilities

→Design safe and effective programs, accommodating the unique needs/goals of clients
→Represent yourself professionally through your appearance, language and behavior
→Performing individual fitness assessments for clients every 4-6 weeks
→Interact with clients and team members without judgement, and express empathy
→Express patience, determination, and genuine care to hold clients accountable to reaching their goals
→Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration to meet the needs of those around you
→Constantly look for ways to improve your skills to grow as an expert in your field

Requirements

Availability M-F 5a - 1pm (occassional Saturday)
Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or related field preferred
National Certification required
2 years of personal training and program design experience
Experience & success working with special populations preferred
Understanding of injury prevention/management
CPR/AED and First Aid Certification
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
Ability to adapt quickly to each clients individual needs
Must have the emotional stamina to be "at your best" with each client
Enjoys and excels in a TEAM work environment
