Parts Manager applicants need to have prior experience in Inventory Control, repair management, and technical knowledge. Previous automotive Parts Management experience is required, with Mazda or Mitsubishi experience being a plus. Qualified applicants will have a documented track record of high performance, history of strong customer satisfaction scores, and demonstrate ability to be trained on OEM. Responsibilities

→Manage parts inventory and obsolescence.
→Ensure that parts are delivered in a timely and accurate fashion.
→Supervise certification requirements for all parts employees.
→Complete and inspect all parts invoices and repair order billing.
→Manage all receivables from retail customers, wholesale clients, and manufacturer claims.
→Follow up on back-ordered parts.
→Forecast for profitability and report to executive management.
→Superior communication skills and customer service.
→Proven Record of teamwork.
→Understand and follow all state and federal regulations, such as those governing the disposal of hazardous wastes.
