Financial Analyst - FP&A

To complement our rapid growth, Five9 is looking for an experienced Financial Analyst to join our Finance department. The ideal candidate is well-rounded with experience in corporate FP&A, budgeting and Accounting.

• →Assist in preparation of budgets and forecasts of expenses. Monitor key trends, assumptions on headcount, capital expenditures and operating expenses
• →Prepare monthly / quarterly budget vs. actual variance analysis
• →Work closely with Accounting team in monthly close process to ensure timeliness and accuracy of entries
• →Leverage Five9 financial systems to automate and scale current processes and reports
• →Participate in new FP&A initiatives, including ad hoc analysis and process improvement

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting
• 2+ years of corporate financial planning and analysis experience (SaaS experience a plus)
• High analytical acumen and financial modeling skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Experience with planning systems such as Adaptive Insights / Host Analytics / Oracle
• Advanced Excel skills required
• BA or BS in Finance or Accounting required
• Detail oriented and systematic with a high level of accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A team player with ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
