We're thrilled to offer this fantastic opportunity for an Independent Living Officer here at Bromford Flagship Livewest, supporting our tenants in and around Ipswich.
At Bromford Flagship Livewest, we believe everyone deserves a safe, secure place to call home—and we’re on a mission to solve the housing crisis in the East of England. We’re not just about homes; we’re about people, communities, and helping individuals live independently with confidence and dignity.
As an Independent Living Officer, you’ll be at the heart of one of our sheltered housing schemes, playing a key role in supporting our customers to thrive. This is a highly visible, people-focused role where you’ll build meaningful relationships, provide practical support, and create a positive, welcoming environment for residents.
You’ll be more than just a point of contact—you’ll be a trusted presence, helping residents navigate their tenancies, access services, and feel truly at home in their community. If you’re passionate about making a real difference and enjoy working in a role where every day brings new opportunities to support others, this could be the perfect role for you.
