Responsibilities

→Provide comprehensive primary and family healthcare services to patients across the lifespan.
→Perform health assessments, physical examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
→Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
→Order and interpret appropriate laboratory tests, imaging, and diagnostic studies.
→Prescribe medications and treatments within state and federal guidelines.
→Provide preventive care, health education, wellness counseling, and screening.
→Develop individualized care plans in partnership with patients and their families.
→Educate patients about diagnoses, medications, lifestyle changes, and preventive health.
→Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
→Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough electronic medical records.
→Coordinate care and make appropriate referrals to specialists and other healthcare professionals.
→Collaborate with the broader clinical team to ensure safe, high-quality, coordinated care.
