  • Develop and execute the India TA strategy aligned with business growth and workforce priorities.
  • Partner with senior business and HR leaders to understand current and future talent requirements.
  • Build a proactive talent pipeline and hire-ahead-of-demand approach for critical and future capabilities.
  • Act as a trusted talent advisor, providing insights on talent availability, market trends and compensation.
  • Establish strong TA governance, processes and operating standards.
  • Personally lead and drive senior, leadership and business-critical hiring mandates.
  • Build strong pipelines for niche and hard-to-hire skill sets.
  • Partner with hiring leaders to define role requirements, talent profiles and effective assessment approaches.
  • Improve quality of hire, offer conversion and joining ratios.
  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team.
  • Set clear goals, KPIs and accountability aligned with business outcomes.
  • Build recruiter capability across sourcing, stakeholder management, market intelligence and candidate engagement.
  • Ensure effective deployment of TA resources based on business priorities.
  • Partner with HR Marketing to strengthen the organization’s EVP and employer brand.
  • Drive initiatives that improve talent attraction, candidate engagement and offer-to-join conversion.
  • Strengthen candidate experience across the recruitment journey.
  • Leverage employee advocacy, social platforms and talent communities to enhance the organization’s talent brand.
  • Drive continuous improvement and transformation of TA processes and ways of working.
  • Leverage ATS, recruitment technology, analytics and emerging AI capabilities to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Establish a data-driven approach to recruitment and provide meaningful insights to leadership.
  • Track key metrics including Time to Hire, Quality of Hire, Offer Acceptance, Source Effectiveness, Cost of Hire and Candidate Experience.
  • Identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce hiring costs and increase direct sourcing.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and hiring managers.
  • Partner closely with HRBPs and functional leaders to ensure effective workforce and hiring planning.
  • Manage recruitment partners and ensure effective utilization of external agencies.

Drive vendor governance and cost optimization

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with experience leading TA teams.
  • Proven experience managing an end-to-end TA function and strategy for a sizeable organization.
  • Strong experience in leadership, critical and volume hiring across multiple functions.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with senior business and HR stakeholders.
  • Experience in TA transformation, employer branding, recruitment analytics and technology.
  • Experience managing recruitment partners, budgets and external vendors.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
